These Terms & Conditions govern the CareTeams Product Demo Text Messaging Program (the "Program") operated by CareTeams ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
This Program provides first-party text messages used solely to demonstrate and evaluate the CareTeams application for consented demo participants such as behavioral health agency staff, evaluators, and internal testers. These messages are for product demonstration only. They are not used to provide Crisis Behavioral Healthcare services to clients and are not sent on behalf of third-party agencies for patient or client communications. This Program is not used for affiliate marketing, lead generation, or third-party commercial messaging.
By voluntarily opting in to the Program (for example, by completing the CareTeams demo SMS consent form), you agree to the following:
Consent to receive SMS messages under this Program is optional and is not a condition of viewing or evaluating CareTeams. Providing your mobile number and opting into the Program constitutes your express consent to receive Program-related demo text messages from CareTeams. Consent for SMS is separate from acceptance of general website terms and is not obtained through affiliate marketing, shared lead lists, or bundled third-party offers.
All text communications, mobile phone numbers, and SMS opt-in consent data collected through this Program are used solely to operate CareTeams product demos and related evaluation activities.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, trade, or buy mobile phone numbers or SMS consent records.

By opting into the Program, you represent that you are the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you are authorized to consent to receive messages at that number. You agree to use the Program only for lawful CareTeams demo and evaluation communications.
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes are effective when posted to this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
